James Baik, DMD, MD Endodontist
Dr. James Baik was born in South Korea, but lived most of his life in the United States, mostly in Georgia. He graduated from Wofford College with a B.S. in Biology, and received his D.M.D. degree from Medical University of South Carolina—College of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, he joined the United States Army Dental Corps, where he completed an AEGD 1 – Year Program at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. After 8 years of practicing as a general dentist in the military, he decided to specialize in Endodontics. Dr. Baik went on to received his certificate in Endodontics from the USA Endodontic Residency Program at Fort Gordon, GA and the Medical College of Georgia.
After 26 years of active duty, Dr. Baik retired from the military in July 2017. Dr. Baik is a member of American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, DFW Metroplex Endodontic Society, and Dallas Asian Dental Association.
In Dr. Baik’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, play golf, traveling and landscape photography.
